Shipping, Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations Policy

CHIC COSMETIC INDUSTRIES 1989 LTD. (hereinafter: the “Company”) takes due care to ensure that its products are properly handled and packaged so that they arrive at the customer’s address in good condition after leaving the factory.

The Company ships its products to customers using designated and professional delivery service providers. The Company is committed to providing its customers with high-quality, professional, and efficient service.

This policy sets forth the terms applicable to deliveries, exchanges, returns, and cancellations of products exclusively to purchases made through the English version of the Company’s website at: https://chichlavin.com/en/.

1. Territorial Applicability

1.1. This English version of the website and this policy apply exclusively to orders shipped outside the State of Israel.

1.2. Orders placed through the English version of the website are intended solely for international delivery destinations outside Israel. The Company does not ship products purchased through the English version of the website to Israel.

1.3. Customers requesting delivery within Israel must use the Hebrew version of the website, and any order placed through the English version with a delivery address in Israel may be canceled by the Company at its sole discretion.

2. Shipment Origin

2.1. All products sold through the English version of the website are shipped from Israel.

2.2. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Israel is the country of export and shipment origin for customs, regulatory, and import purposes.

3. Order Confirmation

Upon completion of an order, the customer will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that the order has been received by the Company.

If such confirmation is not received, the customer is required to contact the Company’s customer service by telephone at (+972) 8-942-6665 or by email at global@chic.co.il in order to verify the status of the order.

4. Taxes and Customs Duties

4.1. All orders are shipped from the Company’s fulfillment location and may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), sales tax, or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.

4.2. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in order to release the shipment. The Company has no control over these charges, cannot estimate their amount, and shall not be responsible for them.

4.3. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that products shipped from Israel may be lawfully imported into the destination country. The Company shall not be responsible for delays, refusals, seizure, return, or destruction of shipments due to customs regulations, trade restrictions, sanctions, or import limitations.

4.4. Failure to pay applicable duties or taxes may result in delivery delays, return of the shipment, or disposal of the goods, without entitlement to a refund.

5. Order Processing and Delivery

5.1. Order processing and preparation for shipment generally take between 1 to 3 business days in Israel, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, Israeli public holidays, and holiday eves.

5.2. The factory operates Sunday through Thursday between 08:00 and 16:00 (Israel time). Orders received outside of operating hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5.3. The Company uses external delivery service providers. Delivery to the customer’s address typically occurs within 5 to 30 days from the date the order is collected by the delivery company.

5.4. It is hereby clarified that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5.5. Once the order has been collected from the factory, the customer will receive shipping confirmation by email. In the case of international shipments sent via Israel Post, a tracking number or shipment reference is assigned once the shipment is processed for international dispatch and leaves Israel. Tracking updates may become available only from that stage onward and may vary depending on the destination country and local postal authorities.

5.6. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Exchanges and Returns

6.1. To request an exchange or return of a product purchased through the Company’s website, the customer must submit a written request by email to global@chic.co.il within 14 days from the delivery date.

6.2. The request must include:

• The order number
• The product name
• The reason for the exchange or return

6.3. Upon receipt of the request, a Company customer service representative will contact the customer and provide further instructions to complete the process.

6.4. Approval of an exchange or return is subject to verification by the Company that:

• The product has not been used
• The original label remains attached
• The product is returned in its original packaging
• The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
• The return complies with all applicable laws and regulations

6.5. The Company reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return that does not meet the above conditions.

7. Limitation

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where such rights apply, they shall prevail to the minimum extent required.
